Managing Stress,
Six-week group starting May 22, 2008

Calm Thoughts and Quiet Conficence, Learning to Manage Stress.
Thursdays May 22 through June 26 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. All stress is not bad. Stress can alert us to make changes in our lives and help us focus on necessary tasks. But it can be deadly if not managed well. Unmanaged stress can make us spin our wheels, cause accidents and make us ill. Learn to quiet your mind, calm your thoughts and relax. When you manage your stress, whether at school, in the workplace, or at home, you will feel a quiet confidence that allows you to make the most of life's opportunities and experiences.
