Bosom Buddies Support Group

The Bosom Buddies Support Group for breast cancer survivors meets every Monday evening from 7:00-8:30p.m. at the Women's Center of Jacksonville.

The Support Group offers a safe and nurturing environment for women to share with and learn from each other. The Group is comprised of breast cancer survivors of all ages from different parts of the cancer journey - some are newly diagnosed, some currently undergoing treatment and others have been cancer free for many years!

The Support Group is facilitated by Bobbi de Córdova-Hanks, a 23 year breast cancer survivor and founder of the Bosom Buddies Program.

Each month two Support Group meetings are dedicated to "Caring & Sharing" - allowing survivors the opportunity to ask questions and explain where they are on in their cancer journey. At the other two meetings each month, guest speakers present on survivorship issues (i.e. nutrition, complementary medicine, etc).
